NIDO — Nestlé
A family photo that needs two people and one kiosk
The parent shoots at the kiosk; the child’s photo arrives from a phone over a QR-paired session and both are composed into one branded scene. The pairing runs on a socket room, so the kiosk reacts the instant the phone uploads, and the session is cleaned up on a timer rather than left to leak.

NAN — Nestlé
Regenerating the guest, not just swapping a face
One webcam photo, and the model rebuilds the entire adult — face, hair, build, the arm holding the child — dressed for the scene. Doing it that way rather than as a face swap is what keeps head-to-body proportions right for guests of every size, which a paste-in cannot.

On-brand packaging without a compositing step
The model holds packaging and branding directly from an approved style reference, so results need no frame overlay pasted on afterwards. The generation settings were tuned specifically for a live queue — the difference between a guest waiting one minute and three.

One photo, any screen in the venue
Built to fit whatever screen the venue supplies rather than a fixed resolution, with a branded frame composited onto every result server-side so the output is print-ready as it leaves.

An Arabic quiz kiosk a ministry team runs themselves
Ten questions drawn at random from a bank of fifteen under a 2:30 countdown, fully right-to-left, on an iPad in a government building. The admin panel is the point: the client edits questions, changes the time limit and exports results without coming back to the studio.

Eighty-one government circulars from 1979, made readable
A box of scans turned into something browsable: a reader with a real paper curl, and an index-first alternative for people who arrive knowing which document they want. Right-to-left throughout, including the direction the pages turn.

PSP — Power Service Projects
Switchgear you can open in a browser tab
Cabinet models the visitor orbits and operates — click the doors and they swing on the animation the modellers baked in — with the manufacturer datasheets in a PDF reader on the same page. Built to run at any URL without rewrite rules, so the client can host it themselves later.

A warship you actually steer
A timed round fought from the bow of the ship. Radar contacts, shell and missile stock, shield state and score all read live off the HUD while the water, terrain and rival vessels run in real time — the whole thing driven from a gamepad rather than a mouse.

Chess you reach out and play
A full set on a board in VR: reach for a piece, lift it, put it down. Rendered hands rather than a laser pointer, so the interaction is the one people already know from a real board — and a clock beside it running the turn.

Concord Home Appliances
A whole product range, rendered as one set
Washing machine, cooker, split air conditioner and refrigerator modelled and lit as a single scene, so the range can be shown together in marketing without hiring a showroom and photographing four products in one frame.
Studio
How the studio works
Zent Two is an independent studio building the interactive layer of events, showrooms and product launches. Everything shown here was designed, built and deployed by the studio — the AI pipeline, the 3D rendering, the interface, the kiosk it runs on and the server it runs from.
The work usually has a deadline that cannot move: a stand opens, a launch happens, an installation goes live in a ministry building. That shapes how it gets built — small stacks, few moving parts, and something that keeps working when the venue Wi-Fi does not.
